The room is very bright, big window, 3.7m x 3.6m, with built-in wardrobes, double bed, table and chair. There’s a great view into town from the window.

I'm a professional theatre director, actress and working abroad frequently.

Part of the art deco Parliament Court building, the flat is in a fantastic location, three minutes walk from the heath and its 800 acres of ancient woodland, spectacular Parliament Hill viewpoint, swimming ponds all the peace and relaxation you need in the city.

The flat is super-well connected for transport. The local Overground at Hampstead Heath is a one-minute walk away, connecting you east to Highbury and Stratford and west to Kensal Rise and Clapham. Belsize Park on the Northern Line takes you to the West End and City in 15 minutes and is a 10-minute walk away. There are loads of good bus services into town a minute’s walk away.

It’s a lovely, leafy area, with shops including a big M&S, quality cafes, pubs, running track, lido, gym etc.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and balcony with me.
