Lovely room available by Hampstead Heath Park

Hello! I am looking for someone to share my lovely flat in South End Green/Gospel Oak. The flat is located on a quiet, residential street with very little traffic. The flat overlooks Hampstead Heath park which can be accessed from the street (2 minute walk), as well as close access to Hampstead Heath ponds and lido.

We would share the kitchen, bathroom and living room. Note on the living room: my work commitments unavoidably mean this space is occupied from 4-8.30pm Mon-Thurs). Because of this, the flat is more likely to suit a professional working in the city during the week at these times so this is not a problem.

The bedroom is 2m x 4m with high ceilings. It has a small double bed, wardrobe, table, blackout blind and heater that can be set via a timer on your phone. There is a dishwasher and washer dryer in the kitchen.

I am a very friendly, tidy, quiet, clean and hard working person.

Please note: The flat sits right next to the overground line and you can hear the trains from the flat.

There are lots of little independent shops, coffee places and supermarkets including M&S food a 10 minute walk along the road. And there are cinemas and nice restaurants in Hampstead and Belsize Park which are both a short walk away.

It’s a 4 minute walk to Gospel Oak overground station, 15 minutes walk to Belsize Park underground and 6 minutes to a bus stop that runs directly to King’s Cross/Euston (15 minute journey) or Tottenham Court Road/Oxford Street which is about 20 minutes away.

Cost: £1350 per month including all bills (internet, gas, electric, water, council tax and a cleaner every two weeks. I can arrange for your sheets to be washed on request).
