Sunny room by Hampstead Heath

Hello!

Sadly our flatmate is leaving London and we are looking for someone to replace her.

This is a sunny room with a big window in a 4-bedroom house with a garden, just 2 mins away from Hampstead Heath. It comes with a wardrobe, a comfortable double bed and a wall mirror. A spacious bathroom with a bath is shared with two female flatmates.

We have a large communal space with a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a spacious living room. The landlord is an architect and used to live here!

The three of us are young professionals working full-time (in film, translation and music industry) & hosting dinners and guests from time to time. We are looking for a flatmate who is looking to stay long-term and would take care of the flat contributing to the communal areas to make this place feel like home.

Move-in date is Sep 13th (unfortunately there is no flexibility on the date).

Hampstead Heath - Mildmay line (~3min walk from the house)
Belsize Park - Northern line (~8min walk from the house)

Rent: £943/month (+bills, around £100/month).
Deposit: £1000
