Looking for someone to come join our cosy flat in Gospel Oak!
One double bedroom is available in our three bed flat - it opens up onto a gorgeous balcony with double doors and loads of sunlight.
Overground: Gospel Oak (5 min walk) Suffragette and Mildmay lines.
Underground: Belsize Park Northern line (15 min walk) and Kentish Town Northern line (19 min walk).
5 min walk to Hampstead Heath and Parliament Hill Lido.
About us: we’re both 30 (Libby & Georgie) and friends from school, working in marketing and production, occasionally working in the office as well as from home. We have busy work and social lives, love a pub trip and a group dinner on the balcony, but equally enjoy some chill evenings in doing our own thing.
Because the flat is on the smaller side, we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.
If you’re not in London full-time, we’re happy to chat about a reduced rent to reflect that.
