* Around 30 minutes’ walk to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth line, District Line, Railway?)

* £700/month
* Bills not included and are paid separately
* No minimum stay

The flat
* Shared living room
* Shared kitchen
* Shared bathroom and toilet
* Washing machine + dryer
* Dishwasher
* Fully furnished kitchen
* Wi-Fi
* 2 people currently live in the flat, both aged 24 and working 9-5. With the new tenant, there would be 3 people in total.

Who we're looking for
* One person only — no couples
* No preference regarding gender or whether you're working/studying
* No smoking
* No pets

Deposit: £807 (paid directly to me as part of the replacement/tenancy arrangement).

Viewings: Most likely available on weekends, as that's when we have availability.
