Double Room and Office studio for rent

I have a double room in the main house and a garden sound proof studio/ office space - which can be used by you as your own personal space. I am looking for a trustworthy, reliable professional, who likes to keep themselves to themselves. I do not want a couple.
I have a Son (12 years old) who lives with me half the time. The neighborhood is quiet and the most sought after part of Hanwell.
It is within walking distance to Hanwell station - The Elizabeth line and to Boston Manor - The Piccadilly line.
I am a professional, I am quiet, and tidy. I go to bed early and wake early to go to work.
My house has a lovely lounge filled with plants and has a balcony leading to my very green garden, at the bottom of which is the Office space. A 5 meter by 3 meter space with desk space and shelving. This can be used as your own personal space as well as the double bedroom within the house. I am looking for Monday to Friday lodging. But open to negotiation
