This is a self-contained flat with independent entry, entirely separate from landlord’s wing. It is £550 / week for living room & separate bedroom with own bathroom, own kitchen facility (£200 discount / month for +4 mos occupancy, cleaner cost split between tenant & landlord every fortnight (£30 each); +£20 / week for a couple)

Elegantly decorated, plenty built in closet space. Bills / WiFi / council tax included, 4-piece suite bathroom. Note: parking outside of evenings & weekends is permits only; I can book specified days but must be fixed in advance on a monthly basis and fees £8/day apply.

Convenient for:

- Heathrow airport: Piccadilly line 7 stops, 1 mile walk or bus ride to Boston Manor station / Elizabeth line 3 stops 12 minutes
- Ealing Broadway: Central Line, 15 min bus ride; and
- Soho, Central London, Paddington: Elizabeth line 20 mins, 10 min walking distance to station (Hanwell).

Bedding & linens included for nightly (minimum 2 nights @ £90 / night) and maximum 1 month stays. Long-term supply own.

Little - no interaction required with the owner occupier (occupies a separate wing).

In Old Hanwell, close to the Grand Union canal, Jubilee Meadows and the Fox pub. It’s a lovely area for walks and has a safe community vibe. Many good gastropubs and eateries nearby (West Ealing renowned Persian cuisine and 5 mins walk away there’s L’Oro di Napoli for award winning pizza, Thai restaurant opposite and excellent Fish & Chips with queues outside every Friday night!). Two historic pubs within a 5 minute walk.
