The property:
Built and furnished to a high standard and kept in excellent condition. The house features a very soundproof double bedroom with double glazed large windows & a lockable bedroom door, an open plan kitchen and dining area & lounge, a shared family bathroom and large sliding doors bringing in lot's of natural light during the day. There is a car park just behind the flat which you can apply for a permit with.
Area:
Situated in the centre of Hanwell, this flat has the following all within a 2-3 minute walk: Lidl, Tesco, Kebab shops, Londis, Sainsburies, Cafe, Barbers, dry cleaner. There is also 4 pubs all within the same walking time. This area is very community spirited with the local shop owners all knowing you by name after a few visits.
About me:
I'm the current tenant (30) – tidy, friendly and sociable. I work as a nightclub manager and a sales consultant so my shift patterns vary week on week. I also am a DJ & Music Producer and spend alot of my time in my room or at my studio making music (Headphones on if at home). Some of my hobbies include: Music, Nightclubs, Dinner, Gym, Aviation, Gaming & Medicine.
I sometimes stay at my partners house who doesn't live far and he also stays here.
I am looking for someone with similar interests who enjoys socialising and is clean and tidy but also likes their own space.
If successful, you will be referred to the landlord for reference checks. The landlord and the team are super friendly and can't fault them.
