Sunny Double Room in Leafy Area

Hiya! I’m looking for a flatmate to move into a double room starting early-mid November! I have until the 1st of October to find a replacement for my current flat mate so please reach out ASAP if you’re interested! Our current tenancy is until the 22nd of November but my flatmate may be able to move in late October if you want to move in sooner!

🏡 The house is technically unfurnished but we own the living room/dining room furniture and would be looking for someone to buy half of that. It would be a very low cost! :)

🛏️ The room is a good sized double room with two built in wardrobes, the rest is unfurnished. You would have your own bathroom, share a kitchen and large living/dining room! We also have access to a Garden and shed!

💷 Rent & Bills comes out to around £1085 each month. (This includes water, gas & electric, WIFI & Council Tax) We are on Band C for council tax.

🌳 The house is in a leafy area in Hanwell with lots of parks nearby to get out and about in nature while still being connected to London!

🚇 12 Minute walk to Hanwell

🏙️ 20 Minute train to Central London

🛒 15 Minute walk to Lidl/Sainsbury’s/Waitrose
