We are literally 4 mins walk from Hanwell station! Hanwell high street is just 200 yards walk, and the Doctors surgery too.

Buses to Ealing Broadway (5 mins) every 3 mins, from the nearby Uxbridge road. Another bus, from 100 yds outside the flat, the E3 bus goes direct to Northfields in 8 mins and from here onto the piccadilly line.

We are 4 mins walk from Hanwell Station (overland), literally a stone's throw!
From Hanwell it is 12 mins from Paddington, using (mostly) the TFL new Elizabeth Line trains. Trains are every 20 mins, 7 days a week. In the 3 bedroom flat there is currently one couple flatmate aged mid 50s. There is No sitting room. Wi-fi is inc. Hot water 24 hours.
It is an excellent cosy flat, with Hanwell rail station (12 mins to Paddington, every half hour) is 3 mins walk and nearby buses (there is a bus every 3 mins) to Ealing Broadway (5 mins on bus).
Also, buses 100 yds away (E3) to Northfields (Piccadilly line) every 15 mins. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and clothes washing facilities.
There are many parks and golf courses (Brent Valley) within 5 mins walk. If required, a Hanwell car parking permit is available from the council at a annual payable cost of £140 approx
