My flatmate is moving out so the double room is available to view now for someone new to move in from 19th April.

Viewings: Free to do viewings after work from 6pm or weekends. Can be flexible during the days I'm working from home.

Shared living areas are always available, I'm in my own room whenever working from home - usually 2-3 days a week.

I'm out most evenings for band practice or cycling at weekends so you'd have the place to yourself but I can also be around to hang out/watch a film every now and then.

The fully furnished room is in a 2-bed flat with a shared bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room.
