Spacious room in NW London

Hi,
We're a 27 yr old lesbian (nearly married !) couple looking for a female/non-binary person to move into our spare room. All bills included.
We are super clean and would also expect our flatmate to be clean in the shared areas.
We're both profressionals working typical hours Mon-Fri, one of us from home 3 days a week. We love a pint or two but also just chilling at home, so this would suit another independent working professional who’s happy doing their own thing rather than a social/shared living environment. You'd of course have access to the kitchen/living area and bathroom too.
Must not be allergic to cats as we have two! They are fairly shy but very sweet.
The room is fully furnished (bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, desk lamp, mirror).
Kitchen is fully furnished too (+ dishwasher and washer/dryer, but no microwave).
The area:
- 10-15 minute walk from Willesden Junction (overground and bakerloo)
- 2 minute walk to Tesco
- 5 minute walk to Roundwood Park
- 3 minute walk to a brand new gym that is affordable for London !
- couple nice cafes/bar and pub a few mins away
