I am Gabi, a medical doctor and researcher at Imperial College London, and I'm subletting my lovely double room in a stunning Victorian maisonette in Harlesden, available from 21st May to 21st July, with the possibility of extending into a full tenancy after that date! 🌿

💰 £860/month: all bills included!

🏡 About the flat:
This is a beautiful, bright and spacious Victorian maisonette spread across the first and second floors, with those gorgeous high ceilings and original period features that you just can't find in a modern build. The bathroom is honestly something else: we got a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower, with original Victorian tiles that are absolutely to die for. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and there's also a washing machine and tumble dryer. We got smart heating for those cold winter nights.

🌸The room:
The room is a massive double for the London standard (3.5m x 4.5m layout), with bay windows, and wooden floors. It includes the bed, mattress, a treasure chest for storage, a closet and a tall wooden shelving unit. The desk, the chest of drawers, the chair, and the shoe rail are not included, but I can sell them if needed :).

📍 Location:
You could not be better connected. Harlesden Station is literally 5 minutes on foot (Bakerloo and Overground), and Willesden Junction (Mildmay Line) is 15 minutes away. Central London in under 25 minutes without breaking a sweat.

👩‍⚕️ Your housemates:
You'll be living with two wonderful people. Khadiga is an entrepreneur working at HLTH Inc., a leading institution in Global Health Innovation. Sarah is completing her Master's in Global Health Management at Imperial College whilst pursuing her clinical career with the NHS. We're a friendly, busy, professional house who are always up for a chat in the kitchen, but everyone respects each other's space too.
