Friendly roomate wanted

Hello!

Our names are Kae (23, he/they) and Ash (23, they/them), and we’re looking for a flatmate to move in August/September time!

About the property-
Adorable shared living space
Lots of daylight
Two locked gates between us and the high street
Two bathrooms
Five minute walk from a reasonably big Tescos
The room is a little box room but if you need more space because you're actually a couple or you have access requirements we can look at that. (If you're a couple or need a bigger room we can also look at possible movement on the rent.)
Sadly the flat isn't wheel chair accessible. Sorry guys!

About us-
Ash is a probation officer and likes gym, scifi, poetry, and Kae works for a production company and like theatre + comedy! We’re both also post grad students.

Our household is neurodivergent, and non judgmental. Due to our working hours, there will be regular time when you can have the flat to yourself.

Who we're looking for-
Someone social who wants to make friends.
Someone tolerant or easy going or patient.
Someone who will use our pronouns correctly.

We're also very mental health, disability and ADHD friendly - basically we'll support you if you support us in a healthy, boundried way. We also don't really argue - we don't want to live with someone who doesn't communicate.

PS We're not a couple. We're history's only case of queer best friends who are, genuinely, just roommates. We're also happy to live with straight people, or neurotypicals. Some of our best friends are straight. And one of our best friends is neurotypical.
