The Flat: You will be sharing the property with a lovely mother and daughter who live there full-time.
Location: Excellent transport links, getting you into central London (Baker Street) in just about 20 minutes.
Details:
Rent: £650 for the month (all bills included).
Deposit: £400 (fully refundable at the end of the month, subject to a property check upon return).

Preference: Female only.

Availability: Available for a strict 1-month duration while I am away.
