* Two bathrooms (the boys have the en-suite, so you’ll almost always have the main bathroom to yourself- unless they want a bath or have guests over)
* Washer & dryer
* Dishwasher
* Roof terrace
* Great local amenities nearby including two small supermarkets and two locally run cafes.
* Excellent transport links:
* Willesden Junction (Bakerloo & Overground)
* North Acton (Central Line)
Both are within easy walking distance.

Please note that bills are not included in the rent, so do factor that in when enquiring.

You’ll also be sharing with the gorgeous Sage the pocket bully, who is a much-loved member of the household and absolute Diva!

👋 About the current flatmates:
You’ll be living with an amazing couple - Dereece and Jevon
They are both working professionals and are looking for someone friendly, sociable, and easy-going. All of their previous flatmates were found through this app, and they are still close with every one of them!

They’re always up for the occasional shared meal, drink, or catch-up after work, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.

They were the very first tenants in the flat four years ago and have taken great care of it ever since.
