I’m looking for a respectful and considerate person to share my home with. At the moment, it’s just me and my Yorkshire Terrier. She is very friendly and well-behaved, so you must be comfortable living with dogs. 🐶

The room available is a double room, and you would be sharing the flat with just me and my dog.

📍 Location: Harlesden

The flat is in a very convenient location, close to several bus routes, including the 18, 187, 206, 226, 260, 220 and 266, as well as Willesden Junction Station. There is also a Tesco, pharmacy, Superdrug, Santander, Costa Coffee and other shops and amenities nearby.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces and privacy.

🚬 Smoking: I don’t mind if you smoke, but smoking is not allowed inside the house or by the window. You would need to smoke outside.

👥 Visitors: I don’t mind you having visitors, as long as you let me know beforehand. As I’m a woman, I value my privacy and would simply like to know who is coming into the house in advance.

🧹 Cleaning: Cleaning products for the house are included in the rent.

💵I require 2 weeks deposit in advance to be used as notice in the end of your stay!
