I’m looking for a friendly, clean and considerate lodger to share my newly renovated home in Harlesden.

The room is a lovely spacious loft bedroom with its own private en-suite shower room, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. It comes furnished with a king-size bed with storage, bedside table and large fitted mirrored wardrobes, providing lots of storage space.

The loft has a bright, modern feel, with wooden flooring, neutral décor and a skylight bringing in plenty of natural light. There is also some additional floor space alongside the bedroom area, which helps make the room feel particularly spacious.

The en-suite is for your sole use.

The apartment itself has been recently renovated throughout and is modern, clean and well maintained. I am the live-in landlord.

Location is very convenient for commuting: Harlesden Station is less than a 5-minute walk away, giving easy access to the Bakerloo line and London Overground.

Rent is £1,100 per calendar month, including all household bills.

Ideally, I’m looking for a professional who is respectful, tidy and happy to treat the property as their home.
