Flatmate wanted for musicians/creatives house

We are a house of professional musicians and creatives looking for someone to replace an outgoing tenant.
The available room is a spacious 1st floor one with en suite bathroom. Furnished with wardrobe, bedframe, desk, dresser and shelf unit.
The house has a large open-plan kitchen and living area plus a garden that's perfect for summer BBQs and relaxing. We're a short walk from Willesden Junction Station with excellent transport links via the Bakerloo line, Mildmay line and Lioness line.
We're ideally looking for another musician or creative who'd enjoy living in a like-minded household. While the house is generally relaxed and everyone has their own thing going on, it is practice-friendly during reasonable hours.
