Box room w/ double bed in Manor House

Here's the room ? space for a double bed and wardrobe.

Carmen and I (Bella) are looking for a new flatmate because our current one, Mark, is moving back to Scotland.

The room itself is a box room that has a double bed and a wardrobe. It's quite snug, however we do have a nice living room with plenty of space for books, instruments, etc, and there is some storage space under the bed, as well as elsewhere in the house.

The house has a lovely living room and a roof terrace, which so far has failed to produce any vegetables. We also have a sociable, spicy cat called Zelda, who is 2 years old. We have a TV with Netflix, PS4 and 3, and we have also fibre internet. In the kitchen, we have gas hobs, an oven and a washing machine (among other amenities). The bathroom has a bath with a shower with good water pressure and does not run out of hot water.

We live on the first floor of a large house, and a young family live downstairs, so we're primarily looking for someone who is respectful of noise past 9pm. It's a homely, cosy house and we sometimes spend time together cooking or in the living room watching TV, but we also have our own social groups, so might not be around all the time.

Harringay is a great area with plenty of independent shops, grocers and Turkish restaurants. There's a huge Sainsbury's supermarket about 10mins walk away, plus a Superdrug, Argos, TK Maxx and McDonalds, among other shops. Wood Green is also about 20mins away by bus, so you can get to more chain shops and cinemas there. There's also Finsbury Park that's about 15mins by bus. Manor House (Piccadilly) and Seven Sisters (Victoria and Overground) stations are about 20min walk away. The streets themselves are quiet and family-friendly.

Information about current flatmates: Bella works as an editor and is into video games and reading. Carmen works in a museum and likes architecture and music. Zelda the cat loves a good Dreamie but forbids belly rubs. She thinks she's a tiger, so will hunt you.
