I am renting a beautiful 5 bedroom victorian house, all recently extended and renovated to a very high standard. ( i was the architect for the works!). And am looking for 1 person to share the house with.

I have two lovely children ages 6/9 (girl/boy), who live me half the time. They are very chilled and used to living with other people.

The listed rent price is for the large top loft room, with adjoining large ensuite, dedicated study off the landing to the loft. The desk and wardrobe in the study are to stay. It is a ready to go dedicated working from home space :-)

The bedroom is very bright, with two huge velux windows with black out blinds. The ensuite has a double sink and 1.2m wide shower.

The ground floor has a large east facing living room and to the back, a beautiful west facing open plan kitchen dinning area. All equipped with brand new American style fridge, double oven, large induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher

The property also has a very tidy and safe garden, and a garden studio where I work from home.

The house is just off Haringey Green lanes with lots of lovely restaurants, a cracking pub and good shops. IS about 5-7mins walk to Turnpike line.

The rooms are available from 1st October.

About me...
I am 38, an architect by trade, love music, play a few instruments and love to cook. I am house proud and have spent a lot of energy getting this house to where it is now. I like to keep an orderly house. I enjoy red wine but these days keep to a fairly clean and reasonably sensible lifestyle... working hard and being a good dad being my priority.
