Room to share in Harringay Warehouse District

Our warehouse is within a big gated community containing several warehouses where more than 300 people live and work. It's like a small village, we say good morning to each other and share a nice community feeling.

The warehouse is stunning. There are 6 rooms/studios, communal kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, a wet room. We run a 100sq meters photography/film studio which can be used upon request.

All of the house electricity comes from renewable sources and we have super fast 900 Mbps internet, perfect for working from home needs.

Good transport to the city centre and East London with several bus lines: 67, 29, 149, 141, 341, 253, 254 just a few minutes distance. Victoria Line and Piccadilly Line both 10 min away. There's a mega Sainsbury's 10 min away and loads of shops along Green Lanes and Seven Sisters.

We have a beautiful cat called Frida, we'd prefer to keep the house to one pet.

- - The Room - -

The room is a shared room with a large communal space and two separated private bedrooms. My bedroom is on a mezzanine, and yours will be the room below (see floorplan). Since we will be sharing this room, it is essential that we get along well, so I would like to meet you (either in person or over zoom if you prefer) before deciding anything.

The rent is £615 per month, with bills (water, electricity, internet) included + £5 per month for the house kitty.

- - The household - -

We are all professionals in creative businesses: photography, art, fashion design, architecture, coding...

This is not a party house. We like to share a glass of wine and a good dinner with our housemates, but we don't want noisy/party folks.

The house's got a relaxed, professional and respectful atmosphere. We like to be social, with 11 of us in the house, we all clean after ourselves and respect communal and each other's spaces. We are looking for people that will feel integrated in the house and with the housemates, not hostel minded 😉

I've put 1 year as a minimum, though that isn't a hard and fast rule. It's just easier for us, and it's much better for the vibe of the house if we don't have people moving in and out every three months.
