£700PM | Sociable Single Room (Summer 2026)

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home near Seven Sisters Station, with the room available this summer ( time to be confimed).

We’re a group of professionals in our twenties and thirties — friendly, open-minded, and easygoing. We really value good communication, mutual respect, and keeping a positive, welcoming vibe in the house.

Our home is quite international and inclusive, and we love it that way! Right now, we have a great mix of Swiss-French, American, and English housemates — and we’d love to welcome someone new who’ll add to our diversity and good energy.

We’re LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈 and want everyone to feel comfortable and accepted.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Appreciates a clean, tidy living space

- Is considerate and respectful of others

- Is happy to share weekly cleaning tasks to keep the house nice for everyone

✨ Location & Transport
The house is just a short walk from Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line) — super convenient for getting into central London: about 15 minutes to Leicester Square and Soho, and 20–40 minutes to most areas. There are also night tubes and 24-hour buses nearby, plus loads of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

💷 Rent & Details

£700 per month (all bills included)

£350 deposit (fully refundable when you move out, as long as the room’s in good condition - which has always been the case - and with one full month of notice ).
