Lovely Double Room Off Harringay Green Lanes

Hello,

We are looking for a long-term housemate to share our house in Haringey.

House:

It's a 4-bed with lots of communal space - living room, dining room, kitchen, and garden. All the rooms are a good size and the bathroom decent (shower pressure pretty good!) The whole house is light and airy and had a spruce up last year. We have a garden which is a good space to be in the summer in the sun. The house is away from main roads and so is normally quiet.

Room:

The room is a very spacious double with high ceilings and plenty of light. It's furnished and comes with a double bed, bookcase, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The furniture situation is flexible and you can bring your own.

Bills:

The room is 615 a month and bills come to around 90-100 a month, including a fortnightly cleaner.

Housmates:

Lisa, Jess and Anastasia. Lisa is a teacher, Jess is in office management and Anastasia is a solicitor. They are all super friendly and enjoy socialising but also having their own space. It's definitely not a party house but gatherings are great when covid allows.

Generally, the place is kept quite tidy. Fortnightly cleaner helps and we make sure to clean after each other so that everyone is happy.

Public transport:

Our nearest tube station is Turnpike Lane (about a 10 min walk). But you can also get to Manor House in zone 2 pretty quickly (25 min
walk or 5 min bus). Near us, we also have Hornsey and Harringay rail stations, Harringay Green Lanes overground station, and the closest buses are the 29, 141 and 341 - it's pretty well connected all in all. Two of us have bikes, and there are lots of good cycle routes nearby.

Area:

The area is lovely. We are off Green Lanes with all the delicious food that it brings. There are a few really good pubs nearby as well.
Supermarkets are near (20 min walk or 5 min bus/cycle). Finsbury Park, Alexandra Palace and Downhills Park are all only short walks away.

Move-in date:

The room is available from September 7th.
