Double room to rent in friendly shared house.

We're looking for one more person to join our friendly house share starting from the 1st of June 2026

***Please note we need the deposit paid upfront (£552) and first month's rent to be paid on move in day £680.

The room is on the ground floor and comes fully furnished with a south facing window for lots of sun light!

The house has 2 bathrooms upstairs, one with shower and one with a bath. There's also a set of drawers for extra storage in the bathroom.

We also have a big back garden, perfect for the summer!

About us:
We're a mixed bag of nationalities, all working professionals across different sectors. We're sociable, laid back and are looking for someone with the same attitude. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen, drinks, occasional movie nights and BBQ's in the garden when the weather is nice. Though we also have our own lives and respect each other's space.

Finances:
The rent is £680 per month excluding bills.

Area and Transport:
We are close to Green Lanes which has amazing Turkish restaurants! Located in zone 2/3 with excellent transport links: Harringay Green Lanes Overground is a few hundred metres away, Manor House Tube station (Piccadilly Line) is about 8 mins walk, Finsbury Park station (Thameslink, Victoria and Piccadilly lines) 20 mins. 24-hour buses 341, 141 and 29 go to Waterloo, London Bridge and Trafalgar Square (via Camden).

There are lots of green spaces and parks in the area such as Finsbury and Clissold Parks. The reservoir and The Castle Climbing Centre is also down the road.
