One double bedroom (3 x 3.5 m) in a two-bedroom flat in a serene and quiet area, located in Haringey with a spectacular view over Alexandra Palace and all the greenery areas around, is available for rent now.

The flat is a four-minute walk from Harringay train station and is fully furnished. It includes access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet. Please note there is no shared living room.

All bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, internet) are included.

Parking is available.

If you have a car, the deposit and monthly rent thereafter is £850. Otherwise it is £800.

I will be your flatmate.

I am looking for a professional, tidy and considerate flatmate.

About me: I work full time as a lecturer partly from home and partly from the college. I would prefer to share with someone who is also working outside of the flat, at least part of the time. I like to keep the flat clean and am looking for someone who values this too.

I'm interested in self-development, yoga, dance and healthy living. I'm looking to live with someone independent and self-aware who values peace and quiet and a harmonious living space. I enjoy sharing my home and am up for a chat and a cup of tea every now and then.
