I have two rooms available from mid/end of September and I am looking to welcome students or professionals in exchange of a room in Berlin (Germany) for my son.

I work from home, I am vegetarian, non smoker and multilingual French/ English/Spanish. I play tennis, practice yoga and run or exercise everyday. I enjoy decorating, DIY and gardening. I am friendly, chatty, open minded and curious on who will be my next guests. I am warm and welcoming and although I can only accommodate short term periods, you will feel at home.

Blue room is composed of a single bed, a desk and a chair, two large sets of shelves (one enclosed and another open) and a free standing clothes rack. It is quietly located at the back of the house with view to the garden.

Green room has a small double size bed, a wardrobe, an extendable clothes rack, a lockable bedside table, a desk and a chair. It is very quiet and is located at the back of the house with view to the garden.

Note that I do not rent the two rooms at the same time as I endeavour to have a free room at all times for friends and family.

There is a spacious kitchen with all cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is shared and there is an additional toilet downstairs. The garden is a little oasis.

The house is well located off upcoming Green Lanes in the Harringay ladder and walking distance to buses, tubes, overground and trains stations (18 mn direct train to Moorgate from Harringay station, 9 mn tube to Oxford Circus from Manor House/Finsbury Park). Very easy to commute. Shops, pubs (The Salisbury) cafes (Dusty Knuckle) and restaurants (best Turkish) are a stroll down the road and we are surrounded by great parks.

This is a beautiful friendly house with a relaxed and chilled atmosphere.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Note this is a no meat no fish household.
