Double ensuite room Mon-Fri let in family home

Double room with ensuite bathroom available up to 3 nights a week preferably Weds and Thurs nights.
The rent is to be discussed based on the number of nights starts from £ 70 a week for one night, £100 for two nights to £125 a week for three nights.
This room would suit a working professional who lives outside of London but needs a room in London for work a few week nights.

About the room
Lovely bright comfortable bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, , chest of drawers. It's located in the loft conversion in my house. It has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The room will be cleaned once a week and I can provide fresh bed linen and towels .
Access to kitchen diner but no access to other rooms or living room. No access on weekends You are more than welcome to cook meals and there is always tea, coffee and bread that you can help yourself to.

About the area
I live in a Victorian mid terrace property in the vibrant neighborhood of Harringay. Excellent Turkish restaurants! Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl and Aldi supermarkets all walking distance and our very own Harringay Local Store a 5 min walk away.

About me
I am solo parent and this is a family home. I have 2 children and one friendly cat although the children may not be in the house on the days the lodger would occupy the room. The cat will always be here! Looking for someone reliable, easy going and understands that it's a family home.

Transport links in the area are fantastic. Piccadilly line Turnpike lane station 7-8 mins walk. Hornsey rail station is 10-15 mins walk. Harringay Green lanes station is a 15 walk. Buses 29, 141 and 341 and more!
Car parking available on the street at additional cost of £5 per day.
Secure bike parking available in my bike shed for free.
