We have a two mezzanine rooms available in Arena Design Centre, Manor House.
Room 1 - available from 1 April
Room 2 - available from 23 April
Long term sublets (3-6 months) can be considered!

£705, including bills, internet, cleaning and house kitty.

This room shares a wall with the kitchen and living room area so noise can be heard - it would suit someone not sensitive to that!

Deposit is one months’ rent. Rooms come unfurnished, but there’s usually bits kicking about.

We’re a house of 16 with a mix of designers, makers, musicians, hospitality workers etc. We’re quite chill during the weekdays then usually out and about/casual drinks on the weekends

ACCESSIBILITY
Warehouse is all on one floor however 4 steps at front door and one step at back. Bedroom is mezzanine with 7 steep steps so inaccessible with wheelchair.
Showers also have one step to get into.

TENANCY TYPE AND BENEFITS
Universal Credit, housing benefit and other types of allowances are accepted, as long as you are able to pay the full amount of rent.
You will receive a tenancy agreement. There is no referencing process and no checks regarding income, job or credit.
It is a rolling one month contract, with one months notice to move out.
