Spacious light dble room Hornsey/Harringay

A spacious double room is available to rent in my flat, and I'd love to find a friendly, interesting housemate (lodger). It's fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, drawers and desk, and has a cosy feel but good light. There's a shared living room, a well equipped kitchen (with washing machine) and shared bathroom. There's no TV or microwave, but I do have a piano, a rice cooker and (almost) all the coffee making equipment a human could want! Bills and council tax included. Good fast broadband also included.
The flat has lots of character and is arranged over three half-floors, so it feels spacious. It's clean and bright, and has a good view of greenery outside! It's really well situated for transport: Turnpike Lane tube station is a ten-minute walk away, Hornsey overground station is even nearer, and there are lots of buses too. It's close to Green Lanes with all its great Turkish restaurants and groceries - or fancier Crouch End, with two arthouse cinemas and excellent second-hand shops. Finsbury Park and Alexandra Palace are both within easy reach (good if you like running, for example).
I'm friendly and curious, and happy to chat and hang out sometimes, but also like my own space and am happy to give others the same. I work from home - writing and editing - and apart from work I sing in an a cappella group, who rehearse in the living room some Saturday mornings. I can keep my practising for when you're at work! I'm Buddhist, I love languages and coffee, yoga and walking, contemporary art and music, and I have too many books.
The room would probably suit a professional wanting a comfortable and quiet home space. I'm looking for someone who's calm and tidy and relatively easy going, as I am too. Age or gender are not key - I'm more interested in personality.
