Studio Flat 8months to one year £1200 Crouch Hill

Hello! I am subletting my wonderful studio flat for 8 months to one year, from the 1st of September. I am flexible with the dates at the moment, but I want someone that wants to rent it for the whole time I am away.

LOCATION
It is situated in the heart of Crouch Hill, with many shops and amenities on the doorstep. Crouch Hill Overground station is at 10 min walking, and Finsbury Park station is a 5-minute bus ride (Or you can walk alongside the leafy Parkland Walk, which is literally at 2 minutes from my flat).

MY HOME
As you can see from the pictures, it is a big semi-studio space with high ceilings. The house is super quiet; I have my own kitchen and I share the bathroom with two very clean and lovely ladies on the same floor. My home is a place full of good vibes and happiness, so I am looking to rent it to someone that will bring positivity and respect to it, that will love it and keep it clean as much as I do. You will find everything you need to be comfortable, from plates to a hoover, and I will remove all my clothes so you will have space for your things in the wardrobe. Regarding Washing Machine and dryer - they are at the ground floor and there are shared amongst the tenants of the building (we are 9 people) Very New York Style 😀.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Bills are mostly included, apart from electricity (Around 50 p/month winter time, 20 p/month spring)

This ad is for one woman (no couples, no students, no self-employed), and I am only renting it to someone that wants to stay from the whole time I am away. I will ask for 2 months of rent in advance, where the second month will cover the last month of the stay. Deposit is one month.

As much as I love fun, this is not a party house. I respect the peace and quiet of my neighbours with whom I have a great relationship. I have lovely plants that will need care for the time I am away, so bonus points if you have a green thumb, as they are like my kids 😅. Please write a little description about yourself—what you do, what do you like to do in your free time etc.
