To keep the balance in the house we are looking for people between 25 and 35 years of age ✨

We have a room becoming available in our warehouse in Manor House from the 6th of May ❤️

Comes with some outside of the room storage to compensate!

You would be sharing with 11 other lovely people. We all get along well and try to get together for a shared meal when we can :) We go out together sometimes and we like to hang around watching tv or playing games 🫶

None of these are obligations, but we want to find someone that likes to live communally and get involved from time to time, and is not a stranger sticking to their room. We like to have crafty evenings every now and then and most of the house are in creative fields/have artistic hobbies so if you’re creative that’s a big plus 🤞

We like to try to keep things clean and tidy and have a daily cleaning rota for the kitchen (Which. means you have to clean the kitchen once every two weeks!), so you'll
have to be a team player when it comes to keeping the house nice. We do have a cleaner for the bathrooms 🫧

Some information about the space:
- 4 bathrooms with showers
- big kitchen with 2 sets of hobs, 2 double ovens, 3 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers.
- 15 min walk from Manor house and Seven Sisters tube on Overbury Road, in the manor house warehouse district
- we have cats! 🐈

- £846 including bills and house kitty which goes on cleaning supplies and communal things when we have enough money built up

Access info:
-Step up into the property
-Upstairs bedroom (15 steps) with window and slanted ceiling,
-step down out of the back of the property
-showers only, no bath, sliding door into the shower
-step up into shower

Bills includes a cleaner and toilet roll as well as gas/electric/internet. Nothing to worry about! However please note,
- Deposit of 1 months rent needed, this will be 755
- We allow smoking in the house - it doesn't happen a lot but be aware that if you are not cool with that, do not reply!
- We have parties maybe twice a year but not often at all.
- Room comes unfurnished but the previous tenants might be up for selling on their bed and some other bits.
- It’s the smallest room in the house and it would suit someone who doesn’t need a big desk, the current tenant has a desk in there but it would be much more comfortable without. It also shares a wall with the upstairs bathroom and is above the living room so it can be noisy at times. Would suit a heavy sleeper or someone happy wearing ear plugs when they sleep.
