Large Double Rooms - Harrigney Warehouse District

Rooms have become available in our spacious and bright warehouse in Harringay Warehouse District!

Our unit is huge with lots of natural light, accommodating creative and working from home spaces for everyone. Theres a large shared kitchen and a wide living room with log-burner, a cosy mezzanine area and 3 bathrooms.

The rooms are larger than average for the area, no external windows but they’re well-ventilated. Rooms are semi-furnished, there's lots of communal furniture available to use.

You'll be sharing the space with 13 lovely housemates of all ages from a range of industries including; journalism, tattoo artistry, film and stage production, photography, set design, hospitality, music, audio production and events production.

All of us use the space for a variety of creative pursuits and we are encouraging those who are seeking a space to do the same to join us!
We are a mix of working professionals all with creative interests, we have a cutoff at midnight on weeknights. There are many parties to go to in the area but we prefer to come home to a peaceful sanctuary.

We're looking for like-minded sociable souls from any background, who are respectful, considerate, mature and want to play an active part in warehouse living and the wider community, and aren’t just looking for a room. Contributing to and maintaining the serenity and cleanliness of shared areas is essential. students and pets considered (but we do have 3 cats already fyi).

Room cost is £825/m, all bills included, with wifi and a weekly cleaner.
