17 Days Sublet in Cozy Double Room

I'm traveling from May 17 to Jun 1, so my peaceful double room is available. Some flexibility on both ends.

Newly renovated house in quiet street in Haringey, about 7min walk from Finsbury Park.

A lot of space in the room and more in the house.

Completely quiet, peaceful and safe area.

Only one other tenant here, a very friendly English guy from Liverpool, a professional. Oh and a dog, also very friendly, and a little capricious. So only dog friendly people, please.

The whole place is super clean (and obviously we would expect this also from the new tenant).

Price includes all bills and is negotiable.

Bus 1min walk, overground 7min walk, underground 12min walk (both Manor House and Turnpike Lane).

A small park 2min walk, small Tesco and many other shops restaurants, bars on Green Lanes about 3min. Big Sainsb, Aldi, TK Max, gym and other about 8min.

All welcome, but prefer either a professional, or a full time student.
