Master double bedroom single occupancy

Hi all!

A room will be available from the 1st of October 2026.

The room will be located on the first floor and will have a wardrobe, a desk, bookshelf and bed frame (mattress needs to be confirmed with the landlady). The picture it is currently old, the room it’s being repainted with similar shade and the wardrobe in the picture it’s being replaced with a similar, will be updating the picture if necessary.

The house is located few minutes walk from turnpike lane station and there’s plenty of shops in the area, feel free to check it out.

Currently in the house there are 2 women and a male from Italy.

The house it’s not new but well kept, recently the Landlady has renewed the kitchen, front door and part of the bathroom, next will be the living room. As we rented the house as a whole some maintenance (garden/front/occasional light bulb or anything else required) will be our responsibility as maintaining the house clean and tidy, we don’t have a cleaner but we would appreciate someone open to the idea. This is not a party house and we appreciate our privacy and quiet.

The bills are around £140 each.
