Short Term Sublet

Subletting my lovely warehouse room from 11th of March as I will be travelling for a month, until 11th of April.

You will be living with another 11 fantastic people who are great fun and wonderful human beings! Very inclusive household 🌈✨🧚🏼‍♀️

This is not a party house and everyone respects each others personal space. We all come together around the breakfast bar where life and laughter get shared and there’s a true sense of community. We sometimes share dinners and watch movies together, occasionally doing a pub trip or supporting each other in our various roles in the community by going to shows or events that either of us organise or take part in.

£725 (inc bills and a cleaner for the comunal areas).

The house is spacious and you can have a work desk in the studio too, if needed. We have 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen equipped with everything that you need. At the back of the house we have a public green space which we all contribute to making it an enjoyable little garden 🌱.

We are located in Haringey Warehouse District ( 10/15 minutes to Manor House, Stamford Hill, Haringey Green Lane and Seven Sisters Stations, also various buses around). Finsbury Park is a short walking distance, together with Clissord Park.

The area has a great nature reserve where you can go for bird watching or you can try water sports( open water swimming, kayak & sailing) plus climbing 🧗 at the Castle 🏰
