We are renewing our contract from April 25th and have 1 spare room available.

📍 Harringay, next to Finsbury Park, 3 minute walk to Harringay train station, 8 min walk to overground and 18 minute walk to Manor House tube.

💰 The room is £907 pcm, and bills come to around £115 each pcm. Deposit is 5 weeks rent and the first month's rent is required upfront. - Agent requests you must earn a minimum of 25k and will have to pass their reference checks.

🏠 The bedroom is a furnished upstairs room, the house has a living room, spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

❓️ About you: Must be a 25 - 35 year old, working professional (no fully remote workers). We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful of the house and housemates.

🙋🏼‍♀️ About us: Hannah (26) and I (27) are both Civil Servants, Holly (30) works in marketing and here partner Ellis (31) is a mechanic.

We're a close house who often watch TV and do activities together (cooking/ crafts/ pub). We are also respectful of one another’s space and alone time ☺️
