Beautiful large loft-style room creative warehouse

I'm renting my spacious cool room out for a maximum of two months through April and May while I am away studying.
Furnishings (as photo'd) will remain, with room to add your own things. We also have a storage area upstairs for extra bags. Big desk, big sofa bed, big bed and lotsa hangers.

About the house: we have two adorable cats (Ralphie and May) almost all of us work in creative industries, including musicians, graphic designers, an architect, a tattooist, an actor, a potter, writers, scientist. We take in turns to do a small kitchen clean twice a month pp. which keeps our house tidy and nice, and the new tenant will be expected to be polite, friendly and respectful of others and the shared spaces. The house is LGBTQ and veggie/vegan friendly, please do not apply if this bothers you. The house will be having one of our rare parties end of April which you can participate in if you like, but excluding this, we try to maintain a more peaceful home environment. We have four showers and bathrooms, and certain amenities like a piano, kitchen swing, darts board, guest bed, indoor bike storage etc. You're welcome to treat it like a home but remember to communicate and ask the chat if you're unsure!

Subletting can be a way of seeing if the warehouses are for you and potentially finding a longer term accomodation in the district according to some pals. There are regular events and parties in the area with opportunities to socialise with other residents.

Re: deposit: I'll take some photos before leaving which I'll send over and I only ask that you keep/ put things back as they were on leaving.

Viewings: viewings are being held on Monday 6th- Wednesday 8th April, and you will be able to move in immediately. Please try to make these dates if you can!

Flexibility: Let me know what time range you're looking for and we can see if we can sort something out for a slightly longer or shorter stay.
