Double room in bright apartment

I have a lovely double room available in my flat in N15 Philip Lane, the closest tube is Seven Sisters (12-15 minutes walk depending how fast you walk) but it's also conveniently next to bus stops for 230 and 341.

It's in a bright second floor flat, fully furnished with colourful vibes. The flat has a really big living room south facing, which is great to soak up the sun! Big dining table which can be used for dinner parties, board games or puzzles & crafts.
Nice kitchen with modern appliances, and a bathroom with a window and a bathtub. There is a loft for extra storage space such as suitcases.

The room itself comes with a double bed, mattress and a rail for clothes. There is space for a desk in the room (not staying in the room but you can fit your own).

You'd be moving in with me: Lou, 37, professional fundraiser, queer, brass band player (although don't worry, I don't practice very much at home), avid runner and cyclist, and lover of crafts and good food.

I'm quite independent but I would love to share a home with someone who's happy to join in an occasional meal / TV night!

Lots of lovely cafés and pubs nearby, including Perkyn's and The Palm, and convenient shops, it's a great location!
