1 lovely double room in friendly house

We're looking for a lovely housemate to join our leafy Haringey home in June. We're in a great spot- 10 min walk to Turnpike Lane tube (Piccadilly Line), 8 min walk to Hornsey station (takes you to Old Street in 15 mins).

Downstairs there's a large kitchen with a dining area, a WC and there is also a bike shed with access to a spacious, leafy back garden. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom. The available room is upstairs, at the back of the house. We are very pro plants and in the summer the fig tree and the apple tree produce fruit. We've also grown vegetables so green fingers are encouraged!

You would be living with Will, who is studying to become a solicitor and has been living here for 5 years, Anna, a freelance theatre sound designer who has been here for over a year, Hamish, and LGBTQ+ mental health worker, and Rosie, an events producer who moved in last October.

We have one vegan housemate (Rosie) but no-one else is expected to be, all diets welcome. It is a super relaxed household- sociable and friendly without being intense.

Bills are shared and come to around £126 per person/month.
Cleaner is fortnightly and £9.50 per person.

The landlord is responsive and easy to deal with- repairs are sorted quickly and we only really see him at contract renewal. The tenancy is a shared shorthold agreement and the deposit is protected in a tenancy deposit scheme.

DISCLAIMER: the previous tenant noted a slight smell of damp in the room at times. The landlord has since checked the room over and confirmed that everything is fine, but we thought it best to be fully transparent!
