Two bedrooms for rent in N4 flatshare

Room 1 (garden room)

We are moving out of our lovely flatshare and our two bedrooms are becoming available at the end of the month!

Both rooms are doubles. They both come furnished with a bed and wardrobe and get lots of natural sunlight. One of the rooms has garden access, so if you like having a bit of outdoor space or are a smoker that's a plus! The two rooms share a bathroom between them (the other rooms in the flat are ensuites).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, microwave, and washing machine. There is a large garden, which is perfect for summertime.

The flat is right opposite Finsbury Park and is close to local amenities: big Sainsbury's 5 minutes away as well as loads of great Turkish food markets and restaurants.

Manor House, Harringay, and Harringay Green Lanes stations are all within 10-minute walking distance. Finsbury Park Station is approximately 15 minutes away.

The council tax band is C and bills are roughly £80 in the summer and £115 in the winter (this includes all bills: wifi, water, gas and electricity and council tax).

The flatmates you'll be living with are both female working professionals in their mid-twenties. One of them is a fine artist and the other works for F1. They are looking for clean and respectful flatmates, and if you like to hang out from time to time that's great! Ideally you would not be working from home, but they're open to discussion. Couples are okay as long as you rent a room each as we aren't allowed to have more than four people living in the flat.
