Double room available in friendly house

AVAILABLE 1st JUNE

The house is located on a lovely, community-focused street with great neighbours and a really welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll be living with three friendly housemates:

- Stuart – a working professional, office-based full time
- Jarosław – a chef, also working full time
- Rebecca – works in marketing on a hybrid schedule

The room itself is fully furnished and overlooks the garden, making it a calm and pleasant space. There’s also:

- A dedicated desk in the living room (ideal for working from home)
- A wardrobe in the hallway for larger items
- Plenty of under-bed storage

Bills are split equally between all housemates. Approx £150 per month pp

Transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and tube connections, making it well connected across London.

We’re looking for a working professional who is available to move in from 1st June.
