I am looking for a friendly person to share a spacious double room in a great Zone 3 location. The room is a bright, sun-drenched "bliss" when the sun is out and even features its own private balcony. You will have your own wardrobe, chair, and set of drawers.

The flat is exceptionally well-equipped with:

Kitchen: 1 gas stove, 1 electric stove, and 3 fridges.

Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer included.

Living Space: Shared living room with 2 sofas, a TV, and a dining table.

Outdoor Space: A massive backyard where we host a BBQ party about once every two months!

Hygiene: 1 toilet and 1 separate bathroom. We are very strict about cleanliness; the kitchen and toilets are kept spotless with a weekly cleaning rota for all shared spaces.

My current roommate is moving to another city, so I’m looking for someone easy-going to take over his spot.

The Deal

Rent: All bills and Wi-Fi are included.

Currently, there is one double bed which I have been sharing with my roommate, but there is enough space in the room if you wish to arrange and bring in your own single bed.

Availability: Looking for someone to move in as soon as my roommate departs.

The total rent for the room is £1,100 per month.

Your Share: £550 per month.
