Lovely Double Room in N4 💓

I am moving out of our spacious 3 bed flat on Harringay Ladder, Green Lanes.

The bedroom is a comfy, double room with a window that faces the garden. The room comes with a bed and mattress and is big enough to fit a desk for working from home.

The flat is spread over three floors and consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet room.

You would be living with Henrietta (27) and Mairead (30).

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Harringay station and 5-10 minute walk to Harringay Green Lanes. Green Lanes is filled with cafes and restaurants and Dusty Knuckle is right at the bottom of our street! We are a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park for all park run lovers. We’re also very close to a big Sainsburys and Aldi.

We’re looking for a housemate who is tidy and considerate, but also friendly and social. We have a cleaning rota and use Splitwise for bills and communal items.

We're looking for someone to sign onto a contract with the estate agent, so you will need to fill out a tenant details form and provide the following:

1) Confirmation of Employment
2) Proof of ID (Passport)
3) Right To Rent Code (if not a UK National)
4) Bank Statements for the last 3 months
5) Current Previous landlord reference.
