Double room in lovely and spacious flat

Hi there!

We're looking for a new flatmate to take a double room in a lovely, big, sunny three-bedroom flat in Haringey - ideally a working professional, though we'll consider postgrads and PhD students. The room is available from the 9th of June, so looking to get going with interviews soon.

As flatmates, we get on very well and are also mindful of our own space. If you are up for a group cooking sesh, a movie night or pub trip - amazing! But if you prefer to have a quiet one by yourself no one would judge you.
We are a LGBTQ+ friendly.

The flat:
- Bright and cosy with decent size kitchen and living room
- Wooden flooring throughout
- Three floor layout
- TV
- Seperate toilet / bathroom
- Green Lanes is a short walk away
- Amazing and attentive landlady - a rare gem!
- Total bills on top of rent are roughly £100 per month (including council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband).

The room comes furnished with a bed, drawers and wardrobe - with further storage/coat racks etc in the flat.

Large kitchen with a decent fridge/freezer plus a gas stove. Nicely furnished living room (great home for plants as you can see!) & plenty of art throughout. Plenty of good books too if that's your vibe!

The area:

The flat is ideally located between Turnpike Lane Station (10/12 mins) and Seven Sisters Station (16 mins), for Piccadilly, Victoria line and Overground access. You can also walk slightly longer to Haringey Green Lanes overground if you need the Suffragette line. We are also a stone's throw from buses , to and from central London.

We're also in between a Tesco Express, and a Sainsbury's local - and a 24 hour Turkish shop - so you'll never be in a pinch if you need to grab anything.
