We’re professional males working in the city. Our home is a calm, clean, and respectful space—we’re non-smokers, tidy, and value a relaxed atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who shares similar values and is happy to contribute to a peaceful, well-kept home.

🐶 Important: We live with a rescue dog who is anxious and reactive. You must be patient, gentle, and genuinely good with dogs. She’s part of our family, and her comfort matters deeply to us. Must be good with dogs.

🛏️ Your Room

The room is on the ground floor of a 4 bedroom townhouse, includes a double-size sofa bed, but it’s super easy to switch to a standard double bed if you’d prefer.

The room also features:

* a built-in wardrobe
* storage
* bedside cabinet
* a desk and chair for work or study
* blackout curtains
* a light-filtering day blind
* 50” wall-mounted smart TV

The en-suite is also being upgraded, with the entrance being repositioned and a new shower planned. I live here too, and you’ll have access to another full bathroom upstairs if needed. It’s a bright, cozy space perfect for relaxing or working from home!
