Room available in friendly 3-bed flat, Harringay L

We've got a room coming up! Our flatmate Colleen is moving out and we're having a bit of a reshuffle, I'm taking her room, which means my current room is free. It's a lovely double with a garden-facing window, wardrobe, bed and mattress, and plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

The flat itself is spread across three floors and has a real home-y feel living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet room. It's a great space.

You'd be living with Henrietta (27) and me, Mairead (30). We're a friendly, social pair who also know how to give each other space. We keep things tidy with a cleaning rota and use Splitwise for bills so everything stays easy and fair.

Location-wise, we're pretty spoiled, 5 minutes to Harringay station, 5-10 minutes to Green Lanes with all its cafes and restaurants (Dusty Knuckle is basically at the end of our street!), 10 minutes to Finsbury Park, and a big Sainsbury's and Aldi close by.

You'd be signing onto the contract with the estate agent and will need the usual: confirmation of employment, passport, 3 months of bank statements, and a landlord reference.
