I have a double bedroom available in my flat for a friendly tenant.

The flat itself has a spacious and cosy living room, a kitchen-diner, and a large garden. It has recently been renovated with underfloor heating in the kitchen, showerroom and bedrooms. The decorating is still ongoing, including landscaping of the garden.
Bills and council tax are handled by me and covered in the rent.
The flat is very well connected to transport. It is 30 seconds from bustling Green Lanes, and a 10 minute walk from Turnpike Lane Underground Station (picadilly line zone 3).
