July Sublet on the Harringay Ladder ☀️

I’m subletting my double room in our friendly flat, which we are looking for a woman to fill it with.

The room is available from 09/07 - 02/08.

The room is fully furnished, including draws, bed, cupboard, and bookshelves (my stuff will be cleared). There is also a desk and monitor should you need it.

The flat is a four bed, 1 main bathroom and 1 small bathroom (toilet only). There is also a lovely big garden, which is great in the summer time.

The flat is located on the Harringay Ladder, just off Green Lanes and is and is very well connected. Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line) and Hornsey Station (National Rail) are a 10 minute walk away and the Harringey Green Lanes Station (Overground) is a 15 minute walk.

You will be living with 4 friendly flatmates (2x girls, 2x guys), all in their 30s. There is also 1x cat.

The cost for the full period is £700, which covers everything (rent, bills and weekly cleaner). There is some flexibility on dates (providing it’s within 09/07 - 02/08) and the £ can be adjusted accordingly.
