Spacious Double Room with En-Suite and Big Patio

Our spacious residence spans 3 floors. Your bedroom is situated on the ground floor with a dedicated private en-suite (toilet only).

The house is furnished with a well equiped kitchen. 3 Bedrooms with a couple on the bottom floor. Separate bright and airy living room leading out to the garden and lots of plants. There is a TV in the flat, washing machine and dryer.

There is an outhouse in the patio garden where we dry our clothes, it also contains a second fridge and freezer.

We are less than a 5 minute walk from Haringay station, and 10 minutes from Manor House. There are plenty of lime bikes in the area as well (I've never not found one easily).

The parks nearby are great, they contain tennis courts, ping pong tables, and a lake is lovely. The area includes an Aldi, TK Maxx, and lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, and pubs. The off-license on the corner has (in our opinion) the best fruit!

There is space to park bikes in the patio, and the room comes equiped with a large amount of wardrobe storage. Parking is also available.

I (Caroline) am a working professional, and you'd be joining me and a lovely couple who live downstairs - they're both masters students at UCL. Our previous flat mate is moving into a house he's just bought.

You have your own bathroom in your room, but we would share a shower in the hall. The couple have their own toilet and shower downstairs.

The household is very easy going, with hobbies including climbing, tennis, roller skating, pilate, skiing, reading, and gaming.


We're looking for a working professional to move in.
